Vegas Baby!

So the week after we got home from being away for three weeks for Christmas, (New York and Texas) we went on a weekend getaway to Las Vegas with our good friends Levi and Alexa! Justin and I had never been to Vegas and have always wanted to go. We found a steal of a deal on flight tickets out of Idaho Falls and decided, YOLO! We got great deals on our flight, hotel, and show tickets! It was worth it and so much fun to go with another couple! We left Idaho on a great weekend...temperatures reached negative 15!?! Coming back to Idaho was hard and I keep wondering, "Why do we live here"? Vegas was really so fun! Its like another world. I loved seeing all of the decor in the hotels and the structures of the buildings. It was so fun and I'm so glad we went. Now we are here in Rexburg till April and I'm counting down the days. We have been dumped with snow and it literally makes me never want to leave the house. I'm ready for sunshine and a tan. Justin and I are in a really fun stage right now and really trying to do all that we can before babies and careers and really having to grow up!
Ready for Take off!

The Big Apple

In December Justin and I made a big trip to NYC! Justin had never been there before and had always wanted to go! Heck, boyfriend had never been east of Texas! Well, we had enough Southwest Air Miles and used them to pay for our trip to New York and to go home to Texas for Christmas! My amazing Grandparents live in the cutest town in New Jersey. It's only about a 30 minute train ride into the city. Their little town is so magical and it was an incredible visit being with them. Justin's eyes were about popping out of his head when we walked into the city for the first time. He had never seen anything like New York. I loved seeing him light up!  We had the best time and made some amazing memories. It was a beautiful trip. We had long days and may blisters on our feet. But it was so worth it.  Here are about a twentieth of the pictures we took.

Justin eating his first hot dog from a street vendor.

We took a bus tour. Probably some of the best money we spent.

Handsome.

Every night before we caught the train to go home, we went into Times Square and just soaked everything in.

We went to Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken. This is the bakery of Cake Boss. Check that off the bucket list.

We took a Ferry.

Saw the Rockettes at Radio City

Justin had to see the big piano that is in the Movie BIG.

Central Park. My favorite memory of the whole trip.
Mormon. Org in Times Square. Put a smile on my face.

Lion King Costume.

Amazing.

Can't wait to go back.
